P90X changed my life. It was the program that got me on my way to better health and fitness and for those of you who knew me at 181 lbs saw the transformation before your very eyes. It may be an "oldie" but it's a goodie and the muscle confusion formula works to transform your body in 90 days. I wouldn't say it if it weren't true.

Focus T25 ... Final Thoughts, Round 1

Friday, October 4th was my final day of Focus T25. I completed all three phases, Alpha, Beta and Gamma (sold individually). I am starting Round 2 on Monday October 7th. While only 25 minutes, this is one of the most intense programs that I have done. 14 weeks of FOCUS, SWEAT AND FUN!

Focus T25 ... The Road So Far

I am 11 weeks in to Focus T25 and have to say that it's one of the best workout programs I have done to date. The time it takes you to do the workout is short, clocking in at just under 30 minutes (including cool down). There are three phases; Alpha, Beta and Gamma . I am currently in week 1 of the Gamma phase.
