August is upon us. We are at the heading toward the end of Summer but moving quickly toward the Holidays. Stay tuned to how you can keep ahead of the game during the holiday crunch and manage to keep off the weight you've already lost.
August is also a GREAT TIME to start a workout regime. Getting into healthy habits BEFORE the holidays will help with the temptation of the holiday and all the eating that goes along with it.
